Jim Wallace

Prior to moving to Caledon, Jim was an executive with Canadian Tire Corporation Ltd.  His experience there gave him a broad understanding of the selling and leasing of Canadian Tire Gas Bars, Propane Outlets, Car Washes and Pit Stop opportunities to prospective Agent Operators.  He has experience working for both buyers and sellers.

Jim has embraced our community since moving to Belfountain in 2001.  He and his wife Susan and three girls left Brampton and Corporate life, purchased the Belfountain Inn and embarked upon a dream.   Jim explains “we are fulfilling our dream of living a small community, on water, with an excellent school close by and an ability to own and operate a small business that enables us to deliver on our mission of  - making a memorable difference in the lives with whom we connect.  

Two years after moving here Jim was elected by the community as their Municipal Councilor.  This provided him with an extensive understanding of land use planning, property valuations and home and commercial property tax implications.  All of which will be important to you as you make your purchasing or selling decision.
